Pilates

Pilates is a mind body conditioning exercise that targets the deep postural muscles of the back and abdomen to improve core stability and posture. Many people feel the benefit of Pilates for management of back pain, postural correction, general toning and feelings of well being.

You can attend for a 1:1 session in the clinic or book up for a block of classes. Our classes are all taught by physiotherapists who have undergone training with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute). We have classes at beginner, intermediate and advanced level taught at Curl Aberdeen. We also have a men’s class for golfers.
